Built-in editor spell-checker plugin for file manager FAR.
It is useful for everyone write above one word in built-in editor.
And for OCR guys who like FAR.
Hunspell from OpenOffice.Org
used as spell-checking engine.
Therefore this plugin can use
MySpell.
and Hunspell dictionaries.

Many fixes and additions was introduced in FARPlus.
Basically, it is bug fixing, integration with new Plugin API,
Unicode strings support, porting to GCC.
